RCC launching the training program “Tatweer”

One of the success factors of Raysut Cement Company is letting its employees start the day with a smile, a sense of pride and purpose, and end it with a sense of accomplishment. One of the ways to do so is to always provide the employees with continuous development opportunities. That’s why Raysut Cement Company currently presents a special customized training program to its employees entitled “Tatweer”.

 

“Tatweer” puts Raysut’s employees on the track of continuous improvement. It aims to develop the participants’ level of knowledge, skills, and attitudes through a series of workshops. The workshops include providing Customer Service Excellence Good To Great, HSE training, Project Management execution Skills, Working in teams, Strategic planning and Supply Chain Management. The program is not just an ordinary training program, but it is mostly an interactive program, which uses a blend of experiential activities and new learning techniques that engage the participants in a fun and interactive learning environment.

 

Raysut has always believed that one of the most important assets in the company is the employees. So, it will always continue to provide such opportunities and fruitful development tracks for the sake of their employees’ development & satisfaction.
