Raysut Cement Company constructed new Canteen building with dining facilities, kitchen room, storing rooms (Dry store, crockery store etc.) dish washing room, Butchery room etc.

Raysut Cement Company looking for contractor who can operate Restaurant in the newly constructed canteen building at Plant premises in Raysut Cement.

Sealed Tenders are invited by Raysut Cement Company (S.A.O.G.), Salalah, Sultanate of Oman.

The duration of contract will be for one year and extendable to three years subject to satisfactory performance of serving high quality of foods.

The contractor would be on probation period for first three months of the contract period subsequent to which the contract will automatically be valid for one year.

Raysut Cement Company (S.A.O.G.) has the right to impose fines or penalties against the contractor for any violation of the terms and conditions of the contract which can lead to termination depending on the extent and nature of violation.

The contractor shall follow Raysut Cement HSE policies strictly.

Persons/parties having adequate experience in managing restaurant - canteen in Oman may apply along-with sufficient proof of their experience and management.

Interested persons or parties notified to quote their monthly rate and submit duly signed Application in sealed cover (wax sealing) addressing the Asst. Manager – Procurement, Raysut Cement Plant, Raysut Industrial Estate, Salalah-211, Sultanate of Oman, on or before 15 February, 2016, 2.00 PM.

Scope of work Canteen Contracting Company:

1. Canteen Contracting Company should provide 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
2. Number of employees: 200 (Omanis + Expats). This includes expat employees residing in Employees’ Camp in Raysut.
3. Canteen Contracting Company needs to maintain high standards of hygienic food.
4. All cooking equipments and the maintenance of the same will be under the Canteen Contracting Company.
5. Canteen Contracting Company will provide separate quotes of Fresh and frozen foods (chicken / meat and fish).
6. Chillers and freezer shall be considered by contractor for storing purpose.
7. All SS table with drain facilities for Meat preparation, Veg preparation etc. shall be considered.
8. Drinking (Mineral) water shall be arranged by the contractor.
9. Power and water (washing purpose) shall not be considered by the contractor.[DK1] 

The Company reserves the right to reject any or all tender applications and cancel the tender at any time without assigning any reason.

The sealed covers will be opened on 16^th February, 2016, at 11.00 AM by the Raysut Cement Company in the presence of Applicants present at our Salalah Office, Al-Sawah Complex, Salalah.
