Prime Objectives

Location: Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, Oman
Position Type: Full-Time | Executive Level

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational functions of the Salalah cement plant including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
• Direct the commercial operations including sales strategies, customer engagement, and market expansion.
• Ensure the plant meets productivity, quality, safety, and environmental standards in line with corporate goals.
• Manage and coordinate all daily plant activities with a hands-on approach to operations and resource planning.
• Oversee administrative functions including HR, procurement, and finance at the plant level.
• Serve as the primary liaison with corporate headquarters, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualification

• Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in cement or heavy manufacturing industries, preferably in GCC or international markets.
• In-depth knowledge of cement production processes and commercial operations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive operational excellence.
• Engineering or related technical degree; MBA is a plus.
