Prime Objectives

Location: UAE (for Pioneers Cement) & Sohar, Oman (frequent travel required)
Position Type: Full-Time | Executive Level

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated operations of both Pioneers Cement Industries and Sohar Cement Plant.
• Ensure seamless coordination between production, supply chain, and sales departments across both locations.
• Drive profitability and market share growth through strategic commercial planning and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across both entities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and implement best practices across operations, administration, and corporate governance.
• Report to Group Executive Management and contribute to regional expansion strategies.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualification

• Senior leadership experience (10+ Years) in multi-plant operations, preferably within the cement or construction materials industry.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership with a track record of performance improvement.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams across different geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial management; higher qualifications (MBA) are an advantage.
