Prime Objectives
Location: Sohar Cement Factory – Sohar
Qualifications: BSC/B. E/ B. Tech in Process & Chemical or Technology Engineering.
Experience: Fresher
Reporting to: QC HOD.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Controlling cement Grinding quality & assuring the dispatched cement Quality as per national & International cement standards.
- Analyzing and ensuring All incoming Raw materials quality.
- Analyzing cement Grinding & dispatch samples in Xrf/Chemical lab on an hourly basis in shift wise.
- Total is responsible for the shift quality controlling from incoming raw materials to final product.
- Conduct chemical analysis through chemical lab as per national and international standard procedure of Incoming all Raw materials & Final product.
- Guiding & Monitoring sample boys in shift wise for Sample collection, sample preparation and all.
- Preparing raw mix for all grade cement based on the receipt materials quality.
- Preparation of shift documents & updating day-to-day basis as per standard requirements.
- Responsible for the Lab instruments & equipment operation as per SOP and calibration.
- Total is responsible for QC shift team safety and making the working place safer.
