The rumours in the social media

Reference to the rumours scattering via the social media that oblige Raysut Cement Co. SAOG to pay 5% as per its net profit for the years 2013 , 2014 and 2015, we hereby explain the following :
A legal case No. AB / 874 /2015 has been filed against Raysut Cement company and others , by Omani citizens. The Salalah Administrative Court issued it judicial Decree in the Suit. The decree states as follows
(the inaccuracy of the decision of the Public Mining corporation which has been the subject matter of the appeal pursuant to the grounds stated and obligating the Public Mining corporation to pay the court fees.
It is noticeable that this judicial Decree does not contain any statement obligating Raysut to fulfil any obligation whatsoever. Nevertheless the aforesaid judicial Decree has been appealed against before the Court of Appeal which rejected the Appeal and we did not till now receive the reasoning of the Appeal Court. We shall, however, keep you updated with any developments with respect thereof.
