Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr.Khalfan Bin Said Bin Mubarak Al-Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Development, and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Salim bin Mustahail Al-Mashani and a group of invitees, Dossier Magazine invited the leading companies of the construction, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, design and engineering consultancies participated in the Dossier Construction’s Infrastructure Awards and Summit 2020, organized on 9th December at Hotel Sheraton Oman, this year marked the eighth edition of the event.

Raysut Cement Company was the associate partner of dossier construction’s Infrastructure Awards and Summit 2020 event, the event included a panel discussion on “Challenges and Opportunities in the Changing Economic Environment”, and Mr. Siddharth Satapathy Head of Treasury at Raysut Cement Company participated in the panel discussion along with several experts and officials from several sectors.

At the end of the event, Dossier magazine celebrated and submitted the awards to the winning leading companies of the construction, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, design and engineering consultancies in the Sultanate of Oman. Raysut Cement Company was honored with “Nation Builder “award, the award was received by Mr. Khalid Al Rawas Chief of Performance Management at Raysut Cement Company.

The winning of this award is a result of the continuous efforts of Raysut Cement Company for the year 2020, as it won the “CEO of the Year” honor for the company’s Group CEO Mr. Joey Ghose, at both the Oman Best Employer Awards 2020 held in October and GCC Best Employer Awards 2020 held in November, the company also won “Promoting Health in the Workplace”, “Best Use of Technology for Training” and “Training Provider of the Year” award at the Oman Best Employer Brand Awards for the year 2020, At the GCC Best Employer Brand Awards 2020 RCC won Award for “Talent Management” and “Leaders of Tomorrow” Award.
